Ampol to acquire Evie Networks in AU$225 million deal
Ampol plans to acquire charge point operator Evie Networks for AU$225 million. The deal would expand Ampol’s charging network to around 1,425 bays across more than 400 sites, increasing its electric-vehicle charging footprint.
