Navitas launches 2,300 V full-bridge SiC module for megawatt charging and grid storage
Navitas Semiconductor has introduced a family of 2,300 V full-bridge silicon carbide power modules for use in solid-state transformers, grid-scale battery storage and solar inverters. The launch matters because the company says the modules are aimed at improving efficiency and power density in high-voltage energy systems.
