Falco Construction in the UK takes delivery of 15 Takeuchi electric mini excavators

Falco Construction in the UK has taken delivery of 15 Takeuchi electric mini excavators, according to the source.

The company had previously completed a two-year trial of two TB20e electric excavators manufactured by Takeuchi. The trial reportedly convinced Falco that the machines were fully capable of meeting its needs.

The source frames the delivery as part of a wider question about whether battery-powered construction machinery can replace conventional equipment in use cases such as excavators and backhoes.
