Hyundai reveals 16-tonne 160B-X battery-electric forklift

Hyundai has revealed the 160B-X, a 16-tonne battery-electric forklift, according to Electrek.

The report says the new machine is part of a fresh batch of battery-electric forklift reveals from Hyundai that completes the brand’s heavy forklift range. It also says dealers will be able to offer a high-voltage electric counterbalance forklift in 4-to-18 tonne capacities.

Electrek says this extends electric forklift availability into applications that have traditionally been reserved for large diesel-powered trucks.
