Dalmia Cement has deployed 24 electric heavy-duty trucks in its logistics operations in India. The move involves SwitchLabs and Energy In Motion and adds another example of electric freight use in cement transport.

The company said it partnered with Delhi-based electric logistics service provider SwitchLabs and Pune, Maharashtra-based electric truck manufacturer Energy In Motion for the initiative.
