Norway registers 15,536 new electric passenger cars in October
Norway recorded 15,536 new electric passenger cars in October, giving electric vehicles a 98.8% share of new passenger car registrations. The report says Tesla and Toyota drove much of the volume, while Chinese brands continued to gain market share.
