Fiat Topolino becomes road-legal in the US for 2027 model year
Fiat has updated the Topolino electric quadricycle so the 2027 model can be used on US roads instead of being limited to private property. The higher top speed allows it to qualify as a Low-Speed Vehicle under US federal regulations.
